Strom BJJ, LLC Return & Refund Policy

This policy governs the conditions under which products sold by Strom BJJ, LLC can be returned and refunds may be issued. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined herein. These terms are final and binding.

1. Return Eligibility

• Unopened Products: Any unopened product in its original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, with no visible signs of wear or use.

• Used Products: If you are unsatisfied with a used product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are included. The product must not be damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

• Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Refund

Returns will be accepted and refunds issued only under the following strict conditions:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Unopened products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all seals intact.

• Used products must include original packaging and accessories, and must be in resalable condition. If the product shows signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage beyond normal use, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.

 

Note: We reserve the right to inspect the returned products thoroughly. Any item returned that does not meet the return criteria as stated above will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund:

• Full Refunds: If the product meets the conditions for a full refund, the full purchase price will be refunded via the original payment method.

• Partial Refunds: In cases where the product does not fully comply with the return conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions are beyond our control.

 

4. Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped by Strom BJJ, LLC.

• Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Digital products, including online courses and downloadable content

• Any product that has been altered or modified after delivery

6. Exchanges

We will replace defective or damaged products only. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, contact us within 7 days of receipt at craig@strombjj.com

7. Defective or Incorrect Products
